ACC Cost Consultants, formerly Architectural Cost Consultants (ACC), was founded in 1988 by James A. Jerde as an independent support service to smaller and mid-size architectural firms in the Portland metropolitan area and southern Oregon central Oregon. Stan J. Pszczolkowski joined ACC in 1994 to support and expand the estimating services offered.
After over two decades of leadership, Jim retired in 2012, and Stan became the sole owner. Eight years later, Seth took over as the newest principal owner when Stan retired in 2020.
ACC is celebrating 35 years of design and construction cost estimating services this year. We appreciate the partnership opportunities over the last three decades that have taken us from Portland nationwide. We have expanded our expertise to work on education, local and federal government, commercial projects, and more. overseeing the day to day operations of the company.
